In between the components and the completed sections you’ll find Safe Rail Intermediate Posts and End Posts.
The Intermediate Posts are made from a GRP Box Profile which is cut to a height of 1100mm and is also predrilled with a hole large enough to take the mid-rail. A Box Foot s then attached so it is ready to be bolted to the floor. Choosing to buy posts rather than complete sections comes with many advantages. Including, being able to chose the space between the posts. This enables you to work around any obstacles that may prevent you from fitting a post at fixed intervals.
Once the posts are in position, simply join them together with Ergonomic Top Rail and Mid Rail. You can also add Kick Plate to stop items from rolling off the edge. Add SafeScreen Mesh to deter people from climbing.
