Our Light Grey WPC solid decking boards create a contemporary and beautiful look. These are engineered to cope in commercial settings that have a high footfall and are perfect for steps and walkways. These boards match our hollow grooved decking meaning you can fit it throughout your project where extra strength is required. Solid boards are a lot quieter than the hollow ones which makes it perfect for calm places such as an outside dining area or a spa.
The extra strength means that solid decking boards are ideal for use around hot tubs and pools as it can cope with the added weight whilst maintaining its good looks.
Manufactured from natural wood fibres and recycled plastic, WPC solid decking boards looks like timber but with added benefits. This long-lasting, cost-effective timber equivalent needed very little maintenance. It never needs painting, staining, or treating. Only a clean once or twice a year. The added polymer coating reduces the risk of scratches and scuffs. Unlike timber, composite decking is resistant to stretching, warping, fading, rotting and resists algae and mould. The anti-slip properties makes it ideal for outdoor locations, whether the decking gets wet, icy or oily it remains anti-slip.
We also offer WPC solid decking boards in two other colours, Black and Teak.
Recycling and environmental considerations make Composite Decking an attractive proposition and a modern day alternative to traditional materials such as timber. Direct Decking supplies RecoDeck™
which is made from recycled hardwood and plastics. It is CE Certified and fully tested to ensure ISO 9001 compliance. RecoDeck™ looks and feels like wood but out-performs wood in every way.
